About The Role:The Specialist Revenue Officer assesses taxes and duties, provides customer support and builds effective client relationships in a challenging and dynamic environment.About You:We are seeking motivated people with excellent interpersonal skills who can provide good customer service and explain complex information in a simple and understandable manner.The ideal candidate would have the ability to interpret and apply legislation, policies, procedures and/or precedents to work through and solve problems. Training on state tax legislation will be provided to new starters in this role.The position operates in context. This means that you are required to demonstrate personal accountability for delivering excellence and support your team and agency in delivering strategic goals.
