Job description: Glovis Vienna GmbH is looking for an experienced and reliable Logistics & Transport Specialist.Your main responsibilities will be the management and coordination of supply chain processes across the Hyundai/KIA Group.Among other things, this will include organising and monitoring the transportation and distribution of automotive spare parts. You will also be working closely with and supporting our internal logistics team.Ihre Aufgaben

• Strategically plan and manage logistics processes
• Coordinate and optimise full transport cycle, from pick-up to final delivery
• Source, develop and maintain competitive partners and supplier pools
• Liaising and negotiating with carriers and customers
• Managing the delivery times, KPI, costs and efficiency of transports
• Customer focused and efficient complaint handling
• Analysis of KPI / Statistics data to assess supplier performance and implement continuous improvements
• Purchasing roles, including but not limited to bidding, negotiation and contract management for various tenders
• Comply with laws, regulations and company ISO requirements
• Contribute to and help enhance business development, ensure sustainability and exceed customer satisfaction

Ihr Profil

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar Logistics or SCM role / educational background
• Strong understanding and experience of transportation related processes
• Proficient in standard logistics software
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive approach
• Proficient in English and German. Other languages would be a bonus. (Korean, Chinese)

The annual salary is 48,000 euros gross on a full-time basis. The actual amount of the salary will be determined in a personal conversation, taking into account previous professional experience and qualifications.
