The team manages support tickets for systems including acQuire, EnviroSys, ProTrak and Imago using Jira Service Management. The role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your data management skills to prioritise and resolve tickets, mentor analysts and collaborate with Data Systems specialists on various projects.The Specialist Data Systems Support Management position is based in Perth with some site travel to the Pilbara, this role has the following key responsibilities:Oversee the support ticketing system using JSM to ensure prompt and efficient responsesPrioritise and resolve support tickets based on urgency, size and effortManage the support roster to ensure support coverageMentor a team of analysts fostering a collaborative and supportive environmentDevelop the internal knowledgebase to facilitate self service product supportLeverage a network of experienced personnel across all Resource Development functions to deliver a collaborative system support modelCollaborate with product vendors to maintain and enhance performance and user experienceWe’ll support and empower you to challenge yourself, learn from others, share your own ideas freely and achieve excellence in technical and leadership outcomes. Expected salary: $106700 – 198300 per year
