Consolidate data sets from ERP and CRM systems to regularly forecast commercial performance, considering market risks and volatility.
Track key market trends and events, highlighting them as part of commercial performance tracking.
Prepare business cases for various projects and regularly present them as part of the Commercial Performance Review with Senior Management.
Prepare and analyze ad hoc reports to enable senior leadership to make real-time business decisions.
Track long-term commercial data, performance metrics, and trends to provide actionable insights and operational recommendations.
Generate compelling reports, dashboards, and leaderboards to create visibility and transparency.
Design and project manage the implementation of CRM in ME offices in coordination with HQ, acting as the super user and guiding team adoption.
Cleanse and modify CRM and related systems data to ensure accuracy and consistency, maintaining high data quality standards.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
