Job description: Responsibilities:Monitor daily ACMI operation and schedule updates;Update flight data into the system;Update pre-alert to service suppliers;Coordinate with the suppliers to ensure the services is on time and completed;Cross check the invoices and bills from the suppliers to ensure the accuracy;Other duties as assignedRequirements:Degree in related discipline; fresh graduates are welcomed;Experience in airfreight industry is a plus;Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin;Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint;Strong communication and interpersonal skills;All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
