Job description: SummaryThe Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible to oversee the Accounts Receivable function of FFM Berhad and its consumer distribution, poultry and bakery businesses (“the Companies”).Responsibilities
Review and reconcile monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements of the Companies at HQ and branch levels.
Download daily bank receipts for dissemination to the Companies’ branches.
Update the consumer distribution and bakery businesses’ International & Local key accounts’ customer receipts.
Manage Aging Reports and Statement of Accounts (“SOA”) for the Companies, including dissemination to all relevant parties monthly.
Manage customers’ e-SOA delivery forms and Customer Virtual Accounts.
Oversee all customer receipt payments at both HQ and branch levels for the Companies.
Manage the provisioning process for bad and doubtful debts
Co-ordinate with Order Processing Team at both HQ & branch levels to ensure all pending customer billings, debit and credit notes are processed before month-end closing.
Review and respond to customer payment enquiries.
Assist in responding to audit confirmation letters.
Serve as a role model and advocate for the company’s culture and values both internally and externally.

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
5 years of experience in accounts receivable role in a large manufacturing establishment.
Proficient Microsoft Excel, SAP knowledge will be advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be advantageous.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
