For more information, .Location: India, BangaloreTravel %: 0What you will do:TheProgram Financial Controlswill play a critical role in the execution of our Consumer Health Digital Strategy. This individual will be directly responsible for managing and controlling a complex, multi-million-dollar budget and all associated financial transactions across numerous external and internal business partners. Also will be managing all contracts and financial agreements with external suppliers, oversee new resource onboarding, verify monthly charges (hourly rates and individual resources), and ensure full traceability and compliance to support all regulatory and audit requirements.This individual will provide regular updates to leadership stakeholders and collaborate across multiple teams to optimize budgets and ROIs. This role will also continuously identify and implement innovative solutions to maintain the efficiency of the core organizational functions and business processes – including collecting and analyzing data to support the business cases, system requirements, and proposed projects. They will be responsible for the adoption, utilization, and optimization of financial and business processes. This individual will continuously raise the bar on financial and budget management across the Digital Transformation Office. This role will contribute to a strong culture of compliance and sound financial decision making.Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
  • Manage all contracts and financial agreements with external suppliers (including E2E process ownership from Contracts / Statements of Work, to Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Orders)
  • Oversee all new resource onboarding and ensure full compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
  • Manage monthly billing from external suppliers as well as internal departmental cross-charges
  • Verify monthly charges (hourly rates and individual resources) against agreed POs
  • Research technical accounting issues for compliance
  • Ensure reporting and accounting of prepaid and accrued transactions are complete and performed accurately.
  • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements
  • Prepare for and facilitate internal and/or external audits
  • Act as point of contact and advisor for leadership and finance counterparts
  • Prepare, reconcile, and publish timely monthly financial statements
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly budget and financial forecasts and report variances
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Lead the yearly (BP), quarterly (MU, JU, NU), and long-range financial (LRFP) business planning
  • Prepare ad-hoc budget analyses and provide updates as required by leadership
  • Contribute to other PMO activities as required

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Finance or commerce
  • Minimum of2-4 years of business experience with at least 2 years of accounting, finance, or relevant functional experience required
  • Specialization in accounting or finance strongly preferred-Degree/MBA in Accounting
  • Vendor invoice reconciliation, Accounting, Budgeting, Audits.
  • Experience with financial statements and methodologies (P&L, Balance Sheet, COGs, GP, ROI, NPV, IRR) required
  • Experience managing and controlling large, complex budgets required
  • Must have proven ability to ensure compliance with all regulatory, audit, and reporting requirements
  • Must be a results-driven self-starter with an eye for detail whilst seeing the big picture
  • Must be able to prioritize time and activities, within a multiple priority and deadline-oriented environment
  • Must have integrity, transparency, honesty, and patience as core attributes
  • Must have strong strategic mind, outstanding critical thinking, analytical, influencing, and interpersonal skills
  • Must have outstanding stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to provide clear updates to leadership teams
  • Must have demonstrated abilities to embrace technological changes and digital transformation with agility, positioning digital experimentation and failures as opportunities to develop meaningful insights and quickly pivot toward new ideas and approaches
  • Experience working with acquisitions and divestitures strongly preferred
  • CPA preferred
  • PMO, Supply chain- Preferred
