• Make sure GIA Sourcing strategy meets GIA SED&UMR development strategy and customer requirement.
• Lead GIA sourcing team, follow the company strategy, development supplier, supplier management, good quality and competitive purchase price.

Job responsibility:

• Souring team, people development
• Souring development according to compliance policy
• SED and URE business, continues to improve supplier chain and reduce supply risk
• Supplier management:
• Contract or agreement
• Supplier quality improvement
• Supplier delivery performance improvement
• Supplier Audit
• Price negotiation
• LT negotiation
• Cost reduction project
• Payment terms improvement
• Support KA application
• Localization project
• Others

Experience:

• At least 3 years experience
• Supplier management and quality control
• leadership

Education/Knowledge:

• BS Engineering degree required
• Computer Skills Required – MS Office Suite, Access database development, MRP systems ( M3, etc.) and data extraction
• Fluency in English required.
