Creating a world where we all have more time with the people we love.That’s what makes us Roche.Roche is using the entire spectrum of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management across Strategic Planning (APM Goals Framework, Investment Funding, Capacity Planning), Enterprise Agile (SAFe, Agile, Digital Portfolio Management), Project Portfolio Management (all modules of PPM including Demand Management & Resource Management). As a Solution Architect, you would be responsible for the long-term architecture and health of these solutions across a number of internal organizations.Your opportunity:Design solutions according to enterprise standardsArchitecture review of currently existing solutions to ensure continuous improvementResearch, evaluation, proof of concepts and adoption of new technologiesDesign non-functional requirements and implementation review to identify gaps between design and codeDevelop architectural strategy and roadmapsSeek opportunities to create additional value and improve business processesExperience in architecting, building, maintaining, and operating enterprise-grade systems/applicationsWho you are:Attained Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study, or equivalent experienceHave at least 7 years of relevant experience (software development, integration, architecture design)Have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the following areas/technologies:ServiceNow (especially PPM, APM, Agile, SAFe, ITFM, SPM)SaaS products, platformsIntegration with other systems (e.g. SAP)Experience working in agile teams (e.g. SAFe/Scrum)Experience operating in regulated environments is a plusStrong collaboration and influencing skills with a proven ability to lead and inspireAnalytical, logical problem-resolution skillsExperience in working in a multicultural and international environmentWho we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
