Their team is known for its collaborative approach, strong client relationships, and expertise in navigating complex legal matters.About the RoleYou will be part of a highly skilled team, working on a range of complex and high-profile litigation matters. This role offers exposure to insurance-related disputes, as well as broader commercial litigation. You’ll work closely with many of the best lawyers in the industry, growing your knowledge and litigation skills. You’ll be involved in a wide range of matters with multiple partners, from claims relating to negligence, contractual issues, and professional misconduct, to corporate governance and regulatory investigations.Key responsibilities:

• Managing litigation files, including drafting pleadings, submissions, and correspondence.
• Conducting discovery and legal research to support cases.
• Advising clients on risk management and dispute resolution strategies.
• Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborating closely with senior members of the firm to develop case strategies.

About You

• 4+ years PQE in litigation, with experience in insurance or commercial litigation preferred.
• Strong technical skills, including legal drafting, research, and advocacy.
• A solid understanding of court processes and alternative dispute resolution methods.
• The ability to think strategically and provide commercially sound legal advice.
• A proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
