• Be part of a team for a center of excellence, based in Dublin, specializing in the data acquisition for StateStreet’s reconciliation teams.
• Working closely with colleagues across the globe, representing EMEA in the team covering the US and APAC.
• Candidates will have background knowledge of international financial services with experience of a range of IT skillsets.
• The business and technology role will have responsibilities and ownership of the data used across a range of StateStreet business units.
• Become subject matter experts for the data used in position, trade and cash reconciliation workflows on accounting and custody platforms.
• Develop an understanding of the different products traded across business units.
• Work with business teams capturing their data and reconciliation requirements.
• candidates will work with internal and predominately external data vendors, to source daily production data. External data vendors include counterparties and custodians across the industry.

The technology requirements would complement the connectivity and Straight Through Processing of data.

• Exposure to the existing technology infrastructure
• Database knowledge, Oracle/SQL
• Familiarity or Experience in Cloud technologies, AWS, S3, Snowflake, other
• Data Mapping, Data Stage, ETL
• Encryption and FTP
• Error handling / exception management
• SDLC methodologies and tools
• Build reusable metrics that manage and measure performance levels of the data ingestion and reconciliation process.
• Dashboarding / KPI’s
• Opportunities to apply AI and Machine Learning to the role.
