We are looking for a passionate software engineer to join one of our full-stack teams responsible for our loyalty program. You will be a part of one of our dynamic international team in Switzerland to develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive loyalty program aimed at enhancing customer retention and brand loyalty.Your responsibility and scope:

• You develop, test and deploy innovative React Web Applications and NodeJs Services
• You enjoy and thrive in self-organized and fast-paced teams
• You drive and lead projects spanning multiple teams and departments
• You bring in your ideas and collaborate with Product Designers, Product Owners and other Software Engineers
• Build reusable architectures that pioneer best practices for other engineers
• Have a direct impact on our team processes

What you need to succeed

• You are passionate about solving problem with technology
• You thrive on creativity; you learn with passion and can self-organize
• You are fluent in JavaScript or TypeScript and know how to build React applications
• You have experience building microservices and have basic understanding of cloud infrastructure
• You appreciate to receive and provide feedback to others
