Job description: Looking for a passionate Software Engineer to design, develop and install software solutions. Software Engineer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, defining system functionality and writing code in various languages, like Java, or .NET programming languages (e.g. C++ or JScript.NET.)Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions
- Document and demonstrate the solutions by developing documentation, code comments and clear code
- Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Design algorithms and data structures
- Write well-designed, testable code with the comments
- Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
- Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
- Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
- Document and maintain software functionality
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
- Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualise processes and outcomes
- Troubleshoot software issues and debug large codebase
- Liaising with colleagues to implement technical designs
- Investigating and using new technologies where relevant
- Comply with project plans and industry standards
- Enhancing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations and designing and implementing systems
- Maintaining and improving existing codebases and peer review code changes
- Providing written knowledge transfer material
- Ensure software is updated with latest features.
- Improve system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and developing standard operating procedures

Skills and Qualifications
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in software engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3+ years in Software Engineering/Development
- Specialisation of SDLC execution and designing algorithms and data structures
- Agile project experience
- Consulting organisation experience
- Skilled ability to work in a dynamic team, contributing to the overall goals of the group
- Skilled ability to perform synthesis and analysis working at the conceptual level

They oversee the development of marketing strategies to build and maintain the image and reputation of a brand. The sales and marketing manager will be responsible for both the marketing and IT sales and perform managerial duties to meet the company’s operations goals.Roles and Responsibilities:
- Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products and services to the market.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing & sales and marketing human resource objectives.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

- Ability to lead a customer through the sales process, determining needs, and closing the sale.
- Strong foundational knowledge in information technology, including hardware, software, and IT services.
- Extensive mentoring and leadership qualities to grow the business.
- Ability to lead by example and act with integrity.
- Experience in management may be advantageous.
Expected Salary Range
