Apply now!What you will doWe are looking for a Software Development Manager with a clear cloud focus and strong technical knowledge to join our team and help us achieve our mission.Do you like the idea of becoming part of an international team, taking responsibility from day 1 and boosting the team’s performance with your ideas?You will lead a cross-functional software development team consisting of software architects, developers, quality engineers and DevOps engineers. Your technological acumen and leadership will shape the future of our products.Your responsibilities include:Manage a team of 10-12 members, including their career development and skill enhancement to be always ready for the next technological stepDrive product delivery through Agile development methodologies allowing teams to react quickly to changing market and business needsParticipate in backlog definitions and ensure the delivery of the backlog commitmentsFoster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence in software developmentAct as a problem solver to address organizational and process challenges, leveraging expertise to bridge gapsAct as an accountable engineering manager for multiple customer projects which includes steering and management of risks and opportunitiesWhat you bringMaster’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experienceMinimum 3 years of leadership experienceMinimum 3 years of professional development experience with deep understanding of microservices architecturePreferred experience with Java, Spring Boot, OData, SQL, GitPreferred experience with K8s/Kyma, Jenkins, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Kibana, QMate/WebDriverIO etc.Preferred knowledge of platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure, SAP BTP, OCI, IBM Cloud, OpenStack, Cloud FoundryMeet the teamOur team develops an industry-leading class of Identity and Access Management (IAG) cloud-based product.
