• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Create high-quality content (text, images, and video) tailored to various social media platforms.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize campaigns and increase reach.
• Collaborate with the business development team to create digital marketing initiatives that align with company goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights.
• Build strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand the company’s online reach and business opportunities.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, optimize paid promotions, and track ROI.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive brand image.
• Use data analytics tools to measure performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Hands-on experience in content creation, copywriting, and social media advertising.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media insights and business metrics.
• Experience in strategic business development and lead generation through digital channels.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively drive projects.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
