• Conduct literature reviews and desktop research on topics related to senior housing and related services, including but not limited to age-friendly home design, social capital and gerontechnology.
• Evaluate test results, analyze testing data, and prepare comprehensive test reports summarizing findings and recommendations for stakeholders, including management and service teams.
• Analyze evaluation reports on research studies/project outcomes/service effectiveness; synthesize information; and clearly communicate evaluation findings, conclusions, and recommendations in written reports.
• Fulfil any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor as deemed appropriate.

The Person

• Degree holder or above in policy/public health administration, health science, social science or statistics
• Minimum 5 years’ solid relevant working experience; experience in academic institutions, government, non-governmental organizations or public organizations is preferred
• Experience in conducting research and statistical analysis is essential; project management, project planning and execution is preferred
• Mature and work independently
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong writing skills in English and Chinese
• Knowledge in conducting evidence-based studies.
• Good command of spoken English, Putonghua, and Cantonese
• Good PC knowledge
