Job description: Job SummaryManage site rental and utility payments, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and compliance. Mitigate risks, reduce backlog, and resolve disputes. • Own the accuracy of site rental payments, ensuring financial integrity and compliance.
• Oversee timely payment processing (within 30 to 45 days), meeting contractual obligations and preventing delays.
• Manage site accessibility risks from pending payments in preventing shutdowns.
• Drive reduction of rental payment backlog, ensuring no outstanding payments.
• Ensure accurate billing and payment processing for special accounts.
• Validate and reconcile all site rental payments, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Implement proactive measures to resolve payment issues and maintain financial stability.
• Provide strategic direction for improving payment systems, reducing errors, and boosting efficiency.
• Oversee payment dispute resolution and ensure minimal business impact.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure seamless payment processing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: Property Management, Legal Engineering, Asset Management, Leasing, or Credit Control.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Telecommunications is required.
• Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is essential.
• Proven expertise in strategic asset management and planning.
• Demonstrated experience in real estate business development and asset management.
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration, particularly with procurement, legal, and finance departments.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including tower management, new site deployment, property operations, and lease contract management.
