Location: Burnaby, British ColumbiaWhat you will be doing:Responsible for deploying digital health solutions across BC, including eReferrals, eOrders, etc.Conduct product demonstrations for sites during the onboarding processResponsible for end-to-end onboarding of sites, from kick-off to go-live, including facilitation of EMR integration, and training for physicians and clinical staffManages relationships and communications with clinical stakeholders (e.g., scheduling meetings, following up on onboarding activities, etc.)Acquire in-depth knowledge of applicable EMR systems, and stay updated on new EMR systems as they are integrated with OceanStay updated on new EMR systems integrated with Ocean, with training providedResolves any risks or issues that arise during site activation, escalating when necessaryEnsures smooth implementation of site activation processesTracks and monitors site-specific tasks and deliverablesCaptures lessons learned from site deploymentsDevelop and maintain comprehensive project documentation:Update and manage project plans for each site activationTrack deployment progress and changes in the deployment trackerLog risks, issues, and action items in the RAID log, ensuring accountability for assigned action itemsContribute to the development and refinement of internal processes as neededSupports engagement efforts (e.g., weekly webinars, conferences, etc.) as requiredParticipates in Specialty Working Groups (SWGs) for new specialty referral form developmentProvides adhoc support for other program-level initiatives to boost awareness and adoption, as requiredPerform project management processes in accordance with PMO standardsOther duties as requiredWhat you must have:A level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or project management, including training and/or experience in leading and coordinating all aspects of a projectStrong knowledge of OceanMDMust have completed Ocean Training Academy eReferral courses prior to applying and provide proof of completion (e.g., screenshot of training dashboard)Solid understanding of EMR systemsProven ability to communicate effectively with clinical and non-clinical staff, senior leadership, and key stakeholdersExceptional presentation skills tailored to clinical audiencesStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple Agile projects simultaneouslyExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environmentForward-thinking, analytical, and strong problem-solving skillsAbility to adapt and respond to changing project needs and prioritiesAbility to coordinate, prioritize, and complete multiple tasksAbility to translate technical information into plain language for non-technical audiencesSolid understanding of how various technologies fit together in a provincial health ecosystem to deliver servicesExperience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologiesExperience working in the organization considered a strong assetProject Management Professional (PMP) designation considered an assetProficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and ProjectFor more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
