Job description: Key Skills Required :- At least 0 to 1 year of experience in IT Industry or a related field.- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.- Basic understanding of IT services such as web and web application development.- Ability to develop and nurture long-term client relationships.- A proactive approach to addressing client concerns and needs.- Ability to close deals and secure long-term partnerships.Roles and Responsibilities :- Identify and generate new leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and site visits.- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.- Pursue business opportunities with companies looking for web and web application development services.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely communication.- Upsell and cross-sell IT services to existing clients.- Conduct meetings with potential clients to present our services and solutions.- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability.- Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth delivery of projects and client satisfaction.- Collaborate on project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations.- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.- Share valuable insights with the team to shape sales strategies.
