Job description: Job Summary:We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Shopify & Digital Growth Manager to lead our e-commerce and performance marketing efforts. The role is focused on optimizing our Shopify store, executing impactful digital marketing campaigns, and enhancing the customer experience while driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Shopify Store Management

• Manage and maintain the Shopify store, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly, and visually appealing platform.
• Oversee product listings, including updates to descriptions, pricing, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with the design team to enhance website layouts, banners, and images.
• Optimize the store using SEO best practices to improve visibility and organic traffic.
• Monitor site performance, resolve technical issues, and liaise with developers for support when needed.
• Ensure compliance with security and scalability standards for the Shopify store.

Performance Marketing

• Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads,

Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions to ensure effectiveness.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-efficient campaigns that achieve performance objectives.
• Research and explore new digital marketing channels and strategies to maximize ROI.
• Work closely with content and creative teams to align marketing assets with campaign goals.

Key Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in managing Shopify stores, including Shopify Plus and third-party app integrations.
• Expertise in digital marketing, with a strong focus on PPC, social media advertising, and retargeting.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Shopify Analytics.
• Knowledge of SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and UX best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.
• Familiarity with affiliate and influencer marketing.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 24 years of experience in Shopify store management and performance marketing.
