• Learn new skills and grow your retail career at Vinnies
• Help generate funds to support Vinnies good works in the community

We’re building a retail team for a brand new Vinnies store opening soon at a vibrant location in Avalon Beach. If you live nearby and would love to share your passion for fashion and styling, and in engaging customers with great sales pitch, we’d like to hear from you. You will work on a casual basis to assist in different aspects of store operations and support the store and team to achieve their performance targets.Your Responsibility

• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with Vinnies policies and procedures
• Replenish stock on the sales floor
• Use your creative flair in assisting with visual merchandising
• Sort and price items according to Vinnies pricing guidelines
• Contribute to achieving sales targets of the store.

You Will Need

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility and availability during weekends and peak times
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Energetic drive to support the team in achieving sales targets
• Understanding of fashion and trends.
