We offer a suite of technologies, including power distribution solutions, power electronics and transmissions that improve safety, efficiency, and performance.We are looking for a Shipping Coordinator to coordinate the routine, urgent and ad-hoc shipment(s) of international inbound and outbound materials, such as but not limited to, raw materials and finished goods from internal and external suppliers. The successful candidate will be the central point of contact for staff requiring material shipping from the USA, Mexico, EU, China, and Australia from internal and external manufacturing sites and suppliers.The Shipping Coordinator will liaise with Supply Chain and Global Logistics personnel for international and local shipments and report directly to the Supply Chain manager. This position will suit a motivated and experienced shipping coordinator with strong international shipping experience including, shipping lane knowledge and an ability to think on their feet. Strong Microsoft Excel & basic accounting skills would be advantageous due to the cost tracking nature of the role. A high level of attention to detail is required for data entry administration in this role for cost and freight tracking.Please note, this role will require 5 days a week onsite at our Rowville facility.Key Duties:

• Organisation of BOL’s, house air waybills and other supporting documents created, signed and provided to carrier
• Imports and exports
• Reporting
• Management of shipments and changing schedules
• Utilise systems required to ensure compliance customs for shipments
• Maintenance of 2 spreadsheets (In-Transit Register & Shipping Register) and high-level analysis of both
• Ensure Import/Export paperwork is accurate and timely for customs clearance
• Drive process improvements, provide oversight and act as technical expert to the various business units and functions including supply chain.
• Collaborate and build relationships with customers, agents, and carriers to facilitate air, ocean, and ground transactions to ensure flawless logistics services execution.
• Provide timely and accurate ETA’s of shipping containers and airfreight in a complete shipping register for production
• Maintain all dates in the Oracle ERP for delivery of products
• Updating of invoicing and billing from shipping invoices, costs & applicable rates
• Shipping register cost tracking

Qualifications:

• A degree in business management, logistics or another relevant field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literacy skills.
• Flexible work hours.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• 5 Years minimum experience
