Job description: Responsibilities:

• Handle full set shipping documents such as sales order, purchase order, invoices, packing list etc
• Arrange cargo bookings and trade declarations
• Co-ordinate with customer, factory and forwarder for shipment arrangement
• Follow up order with customer and vendors
• Perform ad-hoc duties as requested

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 1 year relevant working experience
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Good PC skills. such as Excel, Word and Chinese Input Processing
• Mature, hard working and good sense of responsibility
• Immediate available is preferred
