The principal responsibility of the role is to oversee all warehouse activities involving order fulfillment, inventory management, employee supervision and safety for the organization.Responsibilities include:– Execute order fulfilment processes to the delivery of goods to the customer.
– Maintain close liaison with internal/external customers, manufacturing plants and freight logistics partners to ensure the materials are delivered in right quantities, right items, and good condition.
– Ship orders within time commitments and complete all documentation.
– Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming materials and product, and verify against written orders.
– Ensure documentation such as packing lists, shipping labels, and other such documents are complete, accurate and processed appropriately.
– Identify, investigate, and participate in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics.
– Coordinate and handle ship management and daily operation/schedule with the customer service, operation, and logistics team.Role Requirements:– Diploma in Supply Chain is preferred
– Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a distribution center environment
– Effective customer service skills
