Job description: We are hiring for ServiceNow Programmer Analyst with one of our client based in QuebecLocation: Remote
Duration: 12 MonthsJob Description
Experience in the IT field, including as an administrator and/or configurator on the Sevicenow platform;
Demonstrate knowledge of configuring a CMDB based on Servicenow’s CSDM framework;
The following certifications are an asset:
ITIL Foundation v3 or v4.
Servicenow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Servicenow Certified Application Developer (CAD)Assets
Practical experience in using the automated testing capabilities (ATF) offered in the platform;
Experience in carrying out a project using the agile approach.
The resource must undergo the process to obtain a level 1 security clearance from the Ministère de la Se’curite’ publique.Responsibilities
Design, configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet customer needs.
Analyze user requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
Create and manage workflows, forms and dashboards on the ServiceNow platform.
Ensure integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications.
Provide technical support and resolve ServiceNow configuration issues.
Carry out the activities assigned to him/her as part of the implementation of the ITSM module of the Servicenow product.Thanks & Regards,
