Job description: Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator/DeveloperLocation: Remote (Public Trust Clearance Required)*Applicants must be U.S. Citizens to be eligible for this position*Salary: $115,000 – $135,000, DOEOverview:We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator/Developer with strong technical abilities in JavaScript and GlideScript to join our customer’s team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ServiceNow administration and development, with experience working in an agile environment. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can configure workflows, develop business rules, and support platform management. Candidates must be eligible for Public Trust clearance, with preference given to those with ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or CIS certifications.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and forms.Configure and manage business rules, UI policies, and data imports to enhance platform functionality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver optimized ServiceNow solutions.Perform regular platform administration, including instance upgrades and patching.Ensure ServiceNow configurations are compliant with best practices and security standards.Qualifications:3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer.Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript for developing custom solutions within ServiceNow.Strong understanding of workflow configuration, business rules, and UI policies.CSA, CAD, or CIS certifications preferred.Experience in agile environments and familiarity with Public Trust clearance processes.If you’re a fit for the role, contact Will Robertson @ Reperio Human Capital Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
