Keep reading and tumble down the Alba rabbit hole… 🐇We are seeking a passionate Service Employee for a workload of 80-100%, starting in May, to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests.Tasks🍕 Your mission

• You embody ALBA’s values: you adopt a warm, smiling and professional attitude towards guests, help your colleagues during service, and display a “problem solver” attitude.
• You guarantee the well-being of guests during their time with us: you ensure a warm welcome and contribute to providing the best customer experience at every stage of the service.
• You are a guarantor for the quality of the service on site: you ensure an “ALBA-style” service and are responsible for the accuracy of the service.
• You are responsible for the speed of the service and the optimisation of the table rotation.
• You act as a station leader to oversee restaurant operations during designated shifts.
• You are a guarantor for the optimisation of the average order value: you master the knowledge of our products, wines and cocktails and participate in the training of new team members.
• You manage reservations promptly and accurately.
• You support cost reduction actively in the service area.
• You engage in communication with the management team by effectively communicating needs, ideas and concerns to continuously improve ALBA.

• Previous experience in service is required.
