As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers’ priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.You will:

• Interface directly with customers to coordinate project activities and support issues
• Build and review design, functional, technical and/or process documentation
• Focus on data collection and analysis of specific issues with internal team
• Develop and sustain effective communication to collaborate with cross-functional internal teams

• Possess full understanding of installing, troubleshooting, configuring, and repairing Desktops and laptops

• Strong documentation skills, communication skills & attention to detail

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field.

• Proven experience of minimum 4+ years in IT support or systems administration

• Knowledge of ITIL processes & experience working on ITSM tools like ServiceNow.

Desirable Requirements

• Outstanding customer service and accountability

• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+ or equivalent
