Job description: Service Delivery ConsultantLocation: UK & Ireland (Office/ Hybrid/ Remote)Position Summary:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Delivery Consultant to become a valued member of our Transport SRE team ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services to clients. This professional is responsible for overseeing the service delivery process and documentation, ensuring that client expectations are met and exceeded, and continuously improving the quality of services provided.Your day-to-day:

• Prepare and manage documentation and evidence for ISO27001 compliance, including audit presentations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on service delivery performance and progress to management and clients.
• Work as part of the Security Clearance team to maintain UK Security Clearance BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) and MOD-SC (Ministry of Defence Security Clearance) as required by organisational policies.
• Submission and management of change documentation for production services, using in-place industry standard process and system.
• Work closely with internal teams, including development, support, and technical colleagues, to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor and manage the delivery of services, ensuring that they meet agreed-upon standards and timelines. Track and analyse service delivery performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Stay informed about industry trends and innovations in service delivery to incorporate best practices and cutting-edge solutions.
• Ensure that all service delivery activities are compliant with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance service delivery processes and methodologies for increased efficiency and effectiveness

What you bring to the Team:

• Experience in ISO27001 Compliance, Business Administration, and Information Technology.
• Proven experience in service delivery management.
• Knowledge of ITIL or certification would be an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in service delivery.
• Have UK Security clearance BPSS or the ability to obtain it
• Ability to adapt to changing client needs and service delivery requirements.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are required to work effectively with diverse teams.
