Responsibilities:Responsibilities include;

• KGSO Aus converge into KGSO-East quality system, processes and tools.
• Oversees calibration and testing procedures to maintain technical accuracy and compliance.
• Acts as an Accreditation Signatory, ensuring adherence to industry and regulatory requirements.
• Provides technical expertise in metrology, measurement systems, and laboratory operations.
• Leads ETE (Equipment, Test & Evaluation) Management and Traceability, ensuring proper control over calibration and measurement processes.
• Owns Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 17025 and ISO 9001 standard.
• Develops, improves and implements quality policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Manages monthly quality metrics reporting and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handles and resolves customer escalations related to calibration and quality issues.
• Liaises with internal audit and external accreditation bodies, ensures compliance with audit requirements.
• Oversees the qualification and maintenance of the Approved Vendor List.
