Job description: Job DescriptionBusiness Development / Parts & Service CoordinatorHours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday – Part-timeSalary: 30-35k pro rataOur client seeks a Part-Time Business Development / Parts & Service Coordinator to support their growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer interaction, business development, and hands-on coordination within the motor trade.What You’ll Be Doing:

• Generating new business – identifying and reaching out to potential clients to expand the company’s customer base.

• Managing parts distribution – ensuring technicians have the correct parts for servicing and repairs.

• Handling customer inquiries – taking calls, managing bookings, and delivering excellent service.

• Liaising with suppliers – ordering parts and managing stock levels.

• Providing administrative support – assisting with daily operations to keep things running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• A confident and proactive communicator with a passion for building client relationships.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.

• Some knowledge of vehicle parts or the motor trade.

• Proficiency in basic IT systems (emails, spreadsheets, booking systems).

• A self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
