Our client in Regina, SK is looking for a Server Administrator for an initial 15-month contract till March 31, 2026, reference SX7132, with the option for additional renewals. This is an onsite role and the successful candidate(s) must be currently residing in the Regina area or be willing to relocate to the area for the duration of the contract.
Our client is seeking a resource to implement and administer their on-premises server infrastructure and Cloud services utilizing industry and security best practices. The resource must have a minimum 5 years of recent and practical server administration experience. Experience should incorporate cloud services.What you will be doing:Implementation, documentation, administration and troubleshooting of the enterprise server environment.Helps prepare plans for development and installation of server and storage according to present and future requirements.Provide expert technical design, implementation, and administration of the Microsoft on-premises Server environment and Azure cloud environment.Provides expert technical support with the VMware environment including but not limited to VMware vSphere and VMware Horizon.Provide expert technical support, implementation on Microsoft Server environmentMonitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting and resolution of system problems to ensure system availability.Manage and maintain server disaster recovery including planning, implementation, maintenance, and testing.Manage and maintain the configuration, administration, upgrade, and maintenance of operational technology servers and related infrastructure.Interacts with our user base (corporate and field employees) on an as needed basis regarding technology issues and escalations.Works with server patch management processes and procedures to facilitate deployment.Maintains systems integrity through change control and problem management procedures and communication with internal customers.Follows Standard Operating Procedures when carrying out position responsibilities.Attends and participates in team meetings.Participate in the after hours on call rotation.Act as a representative of the Networks & Infrastructure department.What you must have:Proven competency in technical design, implementation, and administration of the Microsoft onpremises server environment and Azure cloud environment (Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy administration).Proven competency in technical support with the VMware environment, including but not limited to VMware vSphere and VMware Horizon.Proven competency with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) administration.Experience in influencing and establishing collaboration direction within an organization.Understanding of enterprise-level on-premises server and cloud architecture.Understanding of integrations between an on-premises environment and the cloud.Relevant job experience in North America.Resource must have a minimum 5 years of recent and practical server administration experience.Resource must have a valid class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License (or equivalent).Resource must be willing to travel outside of Regina, including occasional overnight stays.*The above experiences should be clearly detailed within submitted resume.For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
