Job description: Lymington – £40,000 – £50,000 Serious Injury Solicitor – Open PQE Level – Guildford.A leading law firm that is recognised throughout the Legal500 and Chambers & Partners currently has an opportunity available within their Serious Injury department.The team are open on the PQE level however have advised that ideally they are looking for someone that is NQ – 5 years PQE within claimant Personal Injury.The Serious Injury team has access to high quality work and long term career progression opportunities. Day to day, you will be handling your own case-load of high value personal injury files whilst also assisting the partner on complex, serious injury files.As a Top Tier Personal Injury law firm, they regularly secure multi million pound settlements or clients on a wide variety of accidents; these include RTA, EL, PL files.You will receive extensive mentoring and support from the team whilst you carve out your reputation as a Serious Injury lawyerExperience needed:
- Claimant Personal Injury experience; ideally previous experience handling multi-track claims
- NQ – 5 year PQE, open to Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives.
- Ability to work solely and as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships within the Serious Injury team and with clients.
