We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SEO and SEM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will develop and implement innovative search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to increase our brand visibility, drive website traffic, and maximize ROI. If you are passionate about digital marketing, data analytics, and staying ahead of industry trends, this role is perfect for you.Key Responsibilities

• SEO Strategy Development:
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and landing pages for organic search performance.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Monitor and report on SEO metrics, such as organic traffic, rankings, and CTR.
• SEM Campaign Management:
• Plan, execute, and manage paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Optimize ad copy, keywords, and landing pages to maximize ad performance and ROI.
• Perform A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
• Content Collaboration:
• Work with the content team to produce SEO-optimized blogs, articles, and videos.
• Ensure alignment between paid campaigns and organic content strategies.
• Technical SEO:
• Identify and resolve website issues affecting crawlability and indexing.
• Improve website performance, including page speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to generate insights.
• Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key successes and improvement areas.
• Market Research:
• Stay updated on SEO and SEM best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
• Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark performance and identify gaps.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SEO and SEM, with a track record of measurable results.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
