Job description: This reputable organization is looking for seasoned marketer with solid commercial partnership and event marketing experience to join as Senior Manager. The position is to lead the team to develop and execute strategic Event partnerships with the aim to bring in best audience experience.Job Descriptions

• Lead the team to develop and implement business partnership and marketing strategy for tourism experience event co-op/partnership strategy
• Identify, evaluate, and manage event marketing partnership opportunities to ensure mutual success and satisfaction.
• Manage full cycle of business partnership from negotiating business agreements, budget management, performance analysis and recommendation to achieve the business targets
• Maintain marketing partnership governance and review guidelines internally and externally
• Keep up-to-date with global tourism trends and best practices to improve partnership strategies and events promotion

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above
• Minimum 10 years of related Partnership, PR or Integrated Marketing experience with Events exposure
• Strong communications and negotiation skills to build and maintain business partnerships
• Innovation, strong analytical skills with good leadership experience, who is passionate about Lifestyle, Food & Dining, Art & Culture or Tourism
• Outstanding command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Chinese)
