6 month contractThe Senior/Lead Workday Developer is responsible for leading Application Developers to create solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining defined components and interfaces. The individual will serve as a technical subject matter expert with Workday solutions, including Workday Finance Functions, Integration, Reporting, and CorrespondencesPrincipal tasks and responsibilities include:

• Develop & maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Cloud Connect
• Design, build, and optimize Workday reports from scratch to support HR and Finance functions
• Gather business requirements and implement integration/reporting solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
• Troubleshoot & resolve Workday integration and reporting issues

Crown Corporation in North YorkQualifications and pre-requisites:

• 7 – 10 years overall experience in IT industry working on Finance applications
• Experience with leading 2+ full life cycle Workday Finance implementations or other ERP systems
• Experience in implementing various functional areas including: P2P (Procurement, Supplier Accounts), O2C (Customer Management, Customer Accounts, Customer Contracts), R2R (Financial Accounting, Financial Data Model/ Chart of Accounts Design), Business Assets, Banking & Settlement
• Knowledge of the Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Recognition, Professional Services processes, General Ledger
• Experience with building Workday Extend Studios
• 6 – 10 years overall experience in IT industry working on Finance applications
• At least 3 to 4 years of experience Building and deploying Integrations in Workday, Finance application
• At least 5 years of experience with Relational databases and software methodology
• Strong proficiency in Workday Reports, All Workday Integration tools, Studio, Security Frameworks
• Experience and hands on knowledge of XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP Web Services in Workday

Nice to Have

• Project management experience
