This role will be required to work business hours, Monday to Friday. This exciting new role will liaise with Service Delivery Providers to ensure timeliness of work order completion. Identifying any trends and formulating proactive measures to aid in meeting contractual KPIs.What you’ll doThe role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:

  • Contribute to overall Work Order Management timeliness.
  • Manage work orders, including determining the appropriate response and ensuring closure of each issue in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Contribute and attendance of Quarterly Performance Reviews.
  • Ensure 95% of all Work Orders are completed in accordance with operating procedures and within agreed response times, and meet required.
  • Conduct on and off-site training to Service Delivery Partners in relation to operational processes.
  • Monitor Service Delivery Partners performance, reporting trends to the Operations Manager.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in an operational maintenance delivery environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to work with external clients.
  • Strong reporting and analysis skills, proven ability to monitor performance and identify trends.
  • People management skills and providing a positive culture.
  • High level computer literacy with experience with Microsoft Office Suite of product.
  • Ability to set priorities, establish time frames and deliver outcomes.
