Job description: The Role This role is responsible for leading and managing the talent and leadership development programs to ensure they have the core and leadership skills to excel in their current roles and are prepared for the skills they will need in the future. This role requires expertise in identifying capability gaps within the organization, designing and implementing talent development programs, and creating strategies to develop and retain high-potential employees. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Work closely with key stakeholders to collect and analyse training needs, design, develop, and implement high potential talent development initiatives aligned with the business needs and talent management strategy. Talent assessment and gap analysis: identify capability gaps within the organization and develop strategies to address them. Learning and development: design and deliver training programs that support the development of leadership capabilities. Coordinate arrangements for external courses where needed. Measure impact of initiatives in delivering value for the business. Talent analytics: utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent and leadership development programs and identify areas for improvement. Perform other duties as assigned by the Group talent and leadership development head. Qualifications & Skills At least a Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced certificate in training preferred. 10+ years of experience in talent management, leadership development, or a related field. Experience with both designing training content and delivering training programs for multiple audiences. Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. Strong project management skills, follow through to the closed loop Ability to work through organizational complexity and ambiguity. An entrepreneurial and hands-on approach, and ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment. Keeping abreast of the latest trends and innovations in Learning & Development. Self-driven, open to new ideas and passionate about people development.
