If so, this would be a great opportunity for you!Our client is looking for a Senior UX Designer for a 9 month contract in Toronto.

– UX Strategy and Design Leadership: Define and lead the UX design strategy for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
– User Research & Testing: Conduct and oversee user research initiatives, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and analytics reviews, to understand user needs and inform design decisions.
– Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively. Collaborate with UI designers to refine visual and interactive elements.
– Information Architecture: Organize content and information to ensure users can navigate and find information intuitively, aligning with best practices for accessibility and usability.
– Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to incorporate technical requirements, iterate on designs, and deliver seamless product experiences.
– Advocacy for User-Centered Design: Champion UX best practices and a user-first approach across the organization, providing insights into industry trends and evolving design standards.
– Accessibility and Inclusive Design: Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards, optimizing for diverse user needs and promoting an inclusive user experience.Qualifications
Must Have:– Proven ability to define and lead UX strategy for digital products.
– Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research, including user testing, surveys, and data analytics.
– Proficiency in UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and ability to collaborate closely with UI designers and developers
