You’ll start with direct ownership of 1–2 channels and may grow into broader responsibilities if performance exceeds expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Ownership and ScalingTake the lead on one or two paid acquisition channels across direct-buy and programmatic networks (e.g., ExoClick, TrafficStars, TrafficJunky), with potential to expand scope based on performanceContribute to building scalable acquisition funnels — from execution to iteration — with aggressive growth targets in mindRun high-velocity testing loops (creatives, audiences, placements) to improve CAC and LTVPerformance Analysis and StrategyMonitor performance daily using tools like Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboardsDrive decision-making through deep analysis of CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behaviorBuild and maintain internal reporting frameworks that guide strategic shifts and tactical movesCreative & Funnel OptimizationOwn the creative briefing process: define hooks, formats, and angles based on performance patternsCollaborate closely with the content and product teams to launch and iterate on high-converting landing pagesImplement systems to reduce creative fatigue and increase speed of testingPartnership Management & Media StrategyBuild strong relationships with traffic sources and negotiate premium placements and custom dealsExplore new acquisition opportunities (networks, formats, tools) and build internal evaluation criteriaStay ahead of ecosystem changes (platform rules, algorithm shifts) and adapt strategy accordinglyAutomation & Scaling SystemsIdentify opportunities to streamline acquisition processes through automation and internal toolsCreate SOPs, playbooks, and experiment pipelines for scaling campaigns efficientlyChallenges You’ll TackleContribute to grow the user base from 30M to 100M within the next 12 months, optimizing for CAC, ROAS, and LTV at scaleBuild and iterate performance-driven creatives: write briefs, test hooks, and spot winning angles.Collaborate with product/design to optimize landing pages and user funnels.Identify and test new paid traffic sources (programmatic, direct-buy, or social) and report on results.Earn broader ownership by consistently delivering results — with potential to take on more channels and mentoring responsibilities.3–5 years of experience in user acquisition, performance media, or growth marketingProven track record of scaling campaigns with clear business impact (e.g., CPA reduction, revenue growth)Deep knowledge of media buying mechanics: tracking setups, postbacks, UTMs, pixel optimizationStrong analytical and decision-making skills — you live in spreadsheets and dashboardsHands-on experience with Voluum, GA4, and traffic sources like Meta, Tiktok, Google and/or TrafficJunky, ExoClick, TrafficStarsFamiliarity with creative strategy: briefing, testing, and iterating static/video ads at scaleExperience with landing page testing and funnel optimizationSoft SkillsStrong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)Goal-oriented, ownership and commitmentDoer mindset – we are moving fast and we need people who can find the right balance between executing, planning and strategyHumble – willing to learn, open to feedback#NSFW – you are comfortable building products that are based on uncensored models and content
