Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Background screening required.
• Driver’s License and Clean Driving record required.
• Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads.

About the RoleAs a transaction processor III, you will be supporting our client’s customers as a first point of contact. In this role, you will be responsible to client inquiries on a timely basis, providing product information, and help the customer by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer’s problem. Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry.What you will be doing:

• Pick up and deliver mail, boxes and other deliverables to/from the post office, client offices and vendors.
• Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Perform basic data-entry tasks.
• Respond to client inquiries on a timely basis.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections on the vehicle to ensure safe operation.
• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.
