ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly capable Senior Test Analyst to lead and deliver complex integration and business process testing across a range of enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end business workflows and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure the quality and reliability of integrated solutions.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios for complex system integration and business process flows.
• Validate interactions between multiple integrated systems, ensuring data consistency and process integrity.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and business analysts to understand integration points and business logic.
• Identify and document defects, working closely with relevant teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Liaise effectively with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with business objectives.
• Contribute to test strategy development, risk assessment, and quality assurance planning.
• Maintain detailed test documentation and ensure traceability to business requirements.

MORE ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience in integration testing, end-to-end business process validation, and complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of system interfaces, workflows, and data flows across multiple platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users.
• Proficient in using test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr, HP ALM).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in industries such as energy, utilities.
• Familiarity with test automation tools or frameworks.
• ISTQB Certification or equivalent.
