Employees will help drive innovation for Best Buy.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

• Lead complex, large scale technology delivery programs requiring contributions from multiple Digital Analytics & Technology (DAT) product teams, programs with critical timelines or business critical and strategic initiatives.
• Follow the Program Management CoP guidelines and best practices.
• Use a high level of knowledge and experience in blendingtraditional technical program/project management principles and practices with an Agile development approach to ensure the appropriate level of planning and monitoring to facilitate timely and high-quality product and project delivery.
• Independently drive each applicable stage throughout the program lifecycle and ensure critical information is shared among applicable team members and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate creativity and take initiative in solving complex problems.
• Drive trade-offs in decision making to meet commitments or outcomes.
• Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of program and product outcomes to meet key business objectives.
• Mentor direct report(s) and partners to create development plans for continued growth.
• Ensure teams are delivering against the plan and work with the teams to raise concerns and hold teams accountable for actions.
• Articulate status, provide actionable updates, speak to current risks, and provide risk aversion plans. Provide program communication both written and verbal down at the team level as well as executive leaders within Best Buy.
• Provide day to day leadership and work direction across the program and direct report(s).

Requirements:

• 10+ years of technology project management or delivery management experience. Including:

• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience working on a technology delivery team.
• Experience with change management, business analysis, or process analysis.
• Experience in leading programs in Data and Artificial Intelligence space (preferred)
