  • Provide end-to-end support for all Supply Chain Solutions.
  • Serves as the immediate technical contact for all DC, MDC, Ship Hub and retail locations, handling calls and chats, and documenting all interactions in ServiceNow.
  • Address issues and outages as required, collaborating with vendors, developers, and application administrators to resolve them and identify the root cause.
  • Manages automation infrastructure for MDCs and Ship Hubs.
  • Responds to system alerts and resolves issues by using various tools to monitor and troubleshoot Supply Chain systems.
  • Communicates technical information to technical and nontechnical personnel.
  • Uses standardized procedures and practices to achieve goals, objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Advance issues as needed to ensure SLA is met or exceeded.
  • Develop documentation around issues and resolution of those issues.
  • Must be willing to participate in rotational on-call.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • General System Administration experience
  • General knowledge of Windows
  • Experience working with databases (Oracle and SQL Server)
  • Experience working with a ticketing system
  • Ability to learn complex processes and procedures
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritize and implement tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of the organizations goals and objectives.
  • Assists with the installation, configuration, maintenance, debugging, and support for systems software/hardware, to ensure expected availability and performance levels are achieved.
  • Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
