Senior Technical Business AnalystLocations are New Plymouth, Auckland and WellingtonPermanent, Full-timeAt TSB, you’ll be part of a profit for purpose organisation, that empowers and enables you to be your best and make a positive difference for the people you work with, and the communities you are part of.About the roleThe primary purpose of the role is to ensure our business stakeholders vision and needs are understood, appropriately defined and are effectively translated into functional design artefacts. The role contributes to the management of multiple software change projects, assisting quality assurance & user acceptance testing.Who are you?You will have the experience to lead and support your cross functional agile team in delivering solutions that achieve the right outcomes for the business.It is critical that you understand business drivers and capabilities (future and current state) and determine corresponding enterprise system designs and change requirements to drive the organisations targeted business outcomes.You will demonstrate the ability to contribute to the operational management and monitoring of systems within the responsibility of your service group, to ensure incidents are resolved and services operated within their defined SLA targets.In this role, you can expect to:

• Work closely with the Customer platform lead, Stakeholders and other technical platforms and Quality Assurance team members.
• Contribute to the definition, scope and phasing of projects.
• Lead knowledge sharing activities with staff, and proactively review and implement process and operation improvement initiatives.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related study, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Experience with Quality Assurance in a technical domain.
