If you are passionate about covering end-to-end recruitment processes including innovative sourcing channels, new interviewing techniques, offer negotiation and complex communication with stakeholders, this role will allow you to be part of a team whose job is touching the lives of people every day!The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • End to end recruitment process looking for the best candidates in the market!
  • Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both their previous experience as well as culture fit within our environment
  • Delivering a phenomenal candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships and relationships with colleagues, hiring managers, HR partners and candidates
  • Leading our system technology to ensure data integrity at all times
  • Utilize a variety of direct recruitment methods to source candidate (e.g. Linked in, Job Boards, employee referrals, advertising) as well as third party agencies when required
  • Ensuring all follow up on recruitment is done in a timely manner
  • Project work as the need arises in line with TA goals and objectives

We’d love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • Around 1 year of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
  • Proficient English and Dutch/ German spoken and written
  • Previous experience within multinational corporate company is a huge plus
  • Results oriented, driven personality who can prioritize and take care of high volume of various roles
  • Experienced in crafting solutions, with strong communication and collaborative partnership skills with internal and external partners to ensure the effective execution of HR solutions across the enterprise
