Position Summary:The Senior Systems Management Specialist supports the Commercial Operations Manager and Senior Program Manager with any quick wins, enhancements and projects that impact JDE and other related systems. Close collaboration with the requester, process and training team and IT is required. The role also includes investigating and resolving Order to Cash related errors in JD Edwards and between JD Edwards and interfacing systems. Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Investigating and resolving system errors (JDE, EDI) whether it be during project testing or directly in production environment
  • System training support for JDE end users
  • Creation and follow up of Commercial Operations PMO request management documents and tools for quick wins, enhancements, and projects: Business Needs document, Functional Design document, Project plan, Risk Analysis, Business Process Test plan and execution, Project dashboard updates
  • Alignment with internal IT teams, external customers and stakeholders, 3PL/4PL warehouse/transportation parties, Commercial Operations PMO team and other global and local Commercial Operations teams

Key Experience Requirements:

  • Critical thinker and creative problem solver
  • Data driven and fact-based approach
  • Knowledge of Oracle JDE system
  • Knowledge of EDI systems
  • Full understanding of Business processes, OTC and Inventory & Supply chain
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Maintains effective working relationships and partnerships across the organization
  • Strong communications and collaboration skills, team player
  • Business English (any other European language advantageous)
  • Knowledge of finance processes
  • Experience in change management and dealing with Ambiguity
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
