Key Responsibilities:

• KBR is seeking a Senior SPPBE Analyst to support the United States Space Force (USSF) Chief Strategy and Resourcing Officer (CSRO). This opportunity is in The Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia.
• The Senior SPPBE Analyst will coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and conduct mission level analysis in support of the Strategy, Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (SPPBE) processes for the United States Space Force, S8.
• In-depth experience with the space force missions and operations is highly desired. Experience with planning and programming functions is required.
• Must have high motivation, creativity, and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment. Must be able to work well as part of a team.
• Must possess strong quantitative and analytic abilities to integrate and analyze data. Must be able to distill complex data into executive level communications.

• Location: On-site
• Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%
• Working Hours: Standard

Qualifications:Required:

• 15 years of experience and a master’s degree.

• Experience conducting mission level analysis in support of the Strategy, Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (SPPBE) and/or strategic planning processes.
• HHQ staff experience (HAF/SAF, USAF, USSF or OSD).
• An active Top-Secret clearance, with the eligibility for TS/SCI clearance.
• Demonstrated ability to provide decision-quality information and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multi-functional teams.
• Strong quantitative and analytic abilities and critical thinking to integrate and analyze data.
• Familiarity with funding appropriation codes, technology readiness levels, and acquisition of space systems
• Ability to coordinate with senior managers and decision makers to identify and solve a variety of problems and to clarify management objectives regarding programming, planning, and budgeting.
• In-depth experience with the space force missions and operations.
• Experience with planning or programming functions.
• High motivation, creativity, and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.

Desired:

• Executive briefing skills -Ability to interface with PBES or other budgeting system data bases. -Knowledge of commercial, intelligence community and international partner space capabilities / contributions.
• 20 + years of Experience with planning, programming and/or requirements writing / analysis. -Experience with OSD issue teams/issue papers and the President’s Budget Review cycle.
• Program Element Monitor experience.
• Experience with Space Force missions and operations is highly desired.
