This role involves a mix of strategic planning, change management, and operational execution, ensuring our strategic initiatives are not only innovative but also pragmatic and well-implemented.Key Responsibilities:

• Champion transformation change management efforts across LC&I to ensure alignment with broader strategic objectives
• Clearly define and communicate program objectives and intentions to stakeholders at all levels
• Oversee the project portfolio, ensuring robust governance and alignment with strategic priorities
• Develop and manage a detailed transformation roadmap, coordinating business planning efforts to ensure timely execution of initiatives
• Rigorously follow up on benefit cases, ensuring that all strategic actions deliver measurable and sustainable results

Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive team member with 1-5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the wholesale banking sector, management consulting or a corporate strategy function. The ideal candidate will have:

• A solid background in strategic project management or related roles within Corporate & Institutional Banking, Transaction Banking, Investment Banking or Markets
• Proficient analytical skills and the ability to think strategically to solve complex problems
• Effective communication skills, capable of crafting and delivering clear, persuasive messages to a variety of audiences
• Ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Great organizational skills, capable of prioritizing competing demands in a complex environment
