In GTPI we leverage datasets to support you as Senior Strategic Trial Planning Manager in driving the CARS teams. We are a dynamic team and evolving with full speed, so it is a key requirement that you are confident and inspired by a flexible and changing environment, not directly regulated by GxP and detailed guidelines. Additionally, each CARS Team is unique and presents its own set of challenges depending on the trial and project at hand, so this is an exciting opportunity for you to be a key function driving your CARS teams in a collaborative manner navigating proactively the priorities for the project and portfolio without a manual.QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you have:
Ideally, you have experience working with clinical trials in clinical operations (start-up and/or recruitment). GTPI is developing into a centre of expertise within data-driven strategic patient forecasting and recruitment strategy. GTPI is responsible for a strategic allocation of patients coming from more than 40 countries where Novo Nordisk has presence with own local clinical staff. The name is unique to Novo Nordisk, but in many aspects the responsibilities resemble what is well known in the industry as the feasibility strategists.You will become a part of a department of twelve people. We are a relatively diverse group in terms of origin, personal profiles, previous experiences, and educations. One of the things we have in common is a background in health care/science, and a strong engagement in how this diversity are strengthening our team and its deliverables.The function GTPI is anchored in the area of Global Trial Portfolio within the Development organisation.
